My phone doesn’t respond when I snap or whistle.
Make sure the status says “Listening”, and that the app is still running in the background (don’t swipe it away in the app switcher). Try “Test Detection” in Settings → Wake Method. In a noisy room, move closer or raise the sensitivity. If the built-in sound doesn’t suit you, switch to “Custom” and record your own—recording 3 samples works best.

It rings by itself / by mistake.
Lower the sensitivity in Settings → Wake Method, or record a more distinctive custom sound.

I can’t hear the alarm.
The alarm volume follows the media volume. Turn it up beforehand. The alarm also plays when the silent switch is on.

It stopped listening after I restarted my iPhone.
iOS doesn’t allow apps to start listening on their own after a restart. Open SeekPhone once and listening resumes.

Battery usage.
Continuous listening uses battery. Using only sound triggers (no spoken phrase) uses the least, because speech recognition is turned off.

How do I restore my purchase?
Settings → SeekPhone Pro → Restore Purchases.

How do I change the app language?
iOS Settings → SeekPhone → Language. Spoken-phrase recognition language is set separately inside the app.

How do I delete my data?
Everything is stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes it all.
